A lot of the property’s exterior was under construction. I won’t hold that against them though Rooms were clean and in good shape. Only concern was the water pressure. Couldn’t get much water out the shower head, and the nozzles were crooked in both the tub and sink

None

Everything looks good

Rooms are clean and spacious with decent amenities. You'll want to bring a Bathing Suit, Lotion (not supplied in the toiletries provided), Slippers or Slides, a Robe (A/C is quite cold) and your favorite Pillow (they provide two fluffy and semi-firm std size Pillows per bed), Paper Plates for Microwave and serving, Napkins and Disposable Utensils. Beds are on the small side but considered to be double size. A/C is an inside wall unit beside the bed. In room amenities included a small Refrigerator (no freezer), one cup serving Coffee Maker with two Coffee Packets/Pods and pre packaged Sugar/Sugar Substitute Creamer packets, disposable Coffee Cups and Water Cups, Microwave, Ice bucket, Iron, Ironing Board, Liquid Hand Soap, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Tissues, plenty of Towels, a Bath Mat for inside the tub, as well as Terricloth Bath Mat for outside the shower, in wall Blow Dryer, in room Safe, Pen, Scetch Pad, Digital Alarm Clock, Electrical Outlets, Flat Screen TV. Pool is open until 10 pm weather permitting. Parking for your stay is $10 per vehicle per night and we did not see handicap parking and spaces are on the smaller side and hard to find closest to building. The Shuttles to Nearby Parks only run once in the morning and do not take you right up to the park Entrance but to a semi-close subsequent location related to the park.

There was poop on the pillow on my first night there. I took the pillow to the front desk and he said that I was making a scene because he suggested that I changed the beds and I told him it was not my responsibility to clean behind their previous tenants. Long story short, the manager came up and he and the security guard changed the bed because I got on the phone and called the higher ups. I think they retaliated against me because the next day when I got to the park, my tickets had been refunded in the middle of the night by the "provider". Which they are

There was a leak under the sink, other then that it was okay. I will go back.

It was roaches in our room. Not one or two BUT five!!!!! They couldn’t accommodate us with another room that day Saturday we had a funeral to attend so they couldn’t provide a discount so here we are posting a review. I have videos of the roaches in the room. Not only that be aware of room service knocking & coming in the room at 8:30am when check out is @11:00am . Smh . This will be our last time there.

Overall great hotel. I grumbled about being so far away from the front, me being on crutches. But I totally understood once I read the evacuation plan. Clean amenities and friendly staff.

Clean. Parking fee $10.00 was a surprise.

Great trip
