Excellent experience, close to Wall Street. Highly recommended.

Not what I expected, old Small, no amenities. No food One staff member

The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was in a good area where most things that one may want or need are within walking distance.

Solid place, great price, courteous staff, and I had a good night’s sleep. Couldn’t ask for more.

Close to pier 17. Very convenient and helpful staff

It wasn’t very clean the room. The staff could be more nice but it is a hotel just to stay for one or two nights.

Property is clean & good location. Staff at front desk had zero personality from check in and throughout the stay. They talk to each other socially while they wait on you & never even acknowledge your presence. There was a spin board for Marriott points - they never offered it. Staff said they couldn’t link my reservation to my Marriott Bonvoy account because I booked it thru 3rd party (note true - I have done this at every other stay)

It was just ok

Overall I did like the hotel, my two big issues: one of two elevators broke and wasn't working for most of my stay and the one functioning elevator was overstressed and would take forever because it was the only one being used. Second issue: the staff would use that one functioning elevator to move cleaning carts and big trash bags that smelled very bad- you would think/hope that the staff would have their own elevator to avoid inconveniencing and stinking up the only working elevator.

He loved how close to the subway and Wall Street. The room was small but very clean, comfortable beds and quiet.
