Nice staff

A lovely boutique hotel. The friendly, helpful and efficient staff sets this venue apart from all others. Andre from the front desk was particularly helpful and willing to assist in extending our itinerary in the middle of the night when front desks at competing hotels were staffed with mostly unhelpful and unfriendly characters.

Front desk was very helpful and informative.

Great location and closes to 5th Ave and Empire State Building.'Had a tiny matchbook sized room that was hard to find space for our 2 roller luggage. Bathroom was nice and shower worked well. We'd stay here again due to location and friendly staff.

Excellent place Excellent service. Extended for extra night

Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Room was much smaller than advertised. Very clean though. Room issues: the bedside light was on the same switch as overhead lights, so the lights were either all on or all off. Also, the bathroom's sliding wood door was almost impossible to close. Seems as if the wood might have swollen because of humidity from shower. Room itself seemed humid. Something leaking? Beds very comfortable.

A little toiletry packet with shower cap qtips Ect.. Would of been nice The fridge could of been a little bigger But clean and staff friendly

My number 1 hotel so far👍

★★★★★ (5/5) We only stayed at Le Soleil Hotel for one night, but it was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect close to everything we wanted to see and very convenient for getting around New York City. The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The hotel was also exceptionally clean. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, which made for a relaxing stay after a busy day exploring the city. Considering how expensive NYC hotels can be, we found the price to be very reasonable for the quality, location, and service we received. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Le Soleil Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding staff in a fantastic location.

This is our go to hotel in NYC. It feels like a home away from home. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Shelly, at the front desk, always greats us with an enthusiastic smile! The room choices are great allowing space for me to travel comfortably with my adult daughter. The accommodations actually provide a bit of privacy and room to spread out. The location can’t be beat. It is convenient to everything and has wonderful food available within steps.
