Really great value! Close to a subway station. Good location! Newly renovated!

We loved our stay here! Perfect location and the staff was incredible. They texted me several times during our stay to check and see how we were doing. They gave helpful advice! Nice rooms with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again!

Pretty comfortable bed, but the front desk staff was not overly helpful.

Everything was great. Great staff, great breakfast crew, lovely place to stay.

I love this hotel bc it’s in the middle of a lot of things that my husband and I like to do. The Cigar shop Casa’s is in walking distance and the Pub next door has wonderful food. I’ll be back to stay there.

Rooms were really clean, and staff were friendly. Elevators are really slow, but otherwise everything was great.

Limpio y céntrico fácil acceso a todo

The property was under construction. It was highly inconvenient. It would have been nice if I would have known to reschedule. The phone didn’t work, the restaurant was not available, no common areas were available, etc. I emailed the manager for assistance and not much was done to accommodate the inconvenience. Location was helpful.

Overall, I had a good stay at this Hilton. The room was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations. The only issue I experienced was with housekeeping. I called the front desk to request clean towels, but they were never delivered. I had to call back and speak with someone else, and thankfully the towels arrived quickly after that. One thing future guests should be aware of is the elevators—they can take quite a while to arrive, especially during busy times, so plan a few extra minutes if you’re in a hurry. Overall, despite those minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.

Accommodated early check in and staff were prompt with requests for things like shampoo and additional towels. Good midtown location. Comfortable beds.
