The rooms are very large, the bathroom is excellent and contains a wonderful shower with a glass door. Adjacent restroom and bar is very good

Booked a room with a balcony but the door was impossible to open. Had an issue with the toilet running constantly that maintenance came to fix though it of course, resolved itself once he got there to take a look. Construction across the street in the office space adjacent to my room was unexpected and unpleasant to have loud construction noises late at night and early morning right next to my room.

El hotel es sencillo pero limpio y bien ubicado. Tiene un restaurant al lado con buena comida para pedir un room service. El personal muy atento ! Las camas cómodas!

Great stay not to far from Time Square.

Room was clean and staff was great. Unfortunately for it being as hot as it was in NYC the room never felt cold enough.

Every thing is smooth.

Carla at the front desk is super helpful and she helped us a lot during our stay. Thanks!

This is def not a 4-star hotel; it’s a 3 star hotel. Very good location if you want to be on the East Side a close to subway. It was ok when it came to cleanliness. Both sheets and towels felt soiled and had a strong bad perfume smell, same as the room, trying to mask the overall musty smell. No premium channels except HBO. Most girls in the front were super friendly and helpful, for the exception of Giuliana who was always rude and had an bad attitude.

Great place: comfy, clean, well maintained, well equipped. And a great location.

We had a great stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and everything felt fresh and updated. The location was one of the biggest highlights, it’s conveniently close to subway access, making it incredibly easy to get around New York City. Many of the city’s major attractions were just a short ride or even a walk away, which made sightseeing stress free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting NYC.
