The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and very nice. We would definitely stay here again when visiting New York again.

超赞 Beautiful and convenient property in a wonderful area. The staff was very accommodating and our room was clean, quiet and thoughtfully furnished with various artwork and books. We really appreciated the full size coffee maker and coffee.

超赞 Staff and stay was better than expected. My stay was 200 bones which was well worth the stay. Perfect location to everything we wanted to do in Greenpoint. Located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of plenty to do. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

Great boutique hotel with a unique vibe. On the pricy side, but the suites have pretty much a full (mini) kitchen and are relatively spacious. The hotel borders on an industrial neighborhood which isn't too pretty, but the other side is residential and very walkable. Decent grocery store nearby, and 10 min walk to the G train.
Maid service is only every 3 days, so not at all for our stay. We've been back twice after our first stay.

Shower didn’t drain properly. When brought the staffs attention, they said there was no maintenance there at the time and offered no alternative. My wife decided not to shower until we got home.
