Everything was perfect!

Staff at breakfast bar were great! Complimentary coffee is weak so I bought a cappuccino each morning. Saturday night couldn’t sleep until after 4 am because of the rooftop music. Recommend requesting a lower floor room. Vibes fun and very nice hotel.

The room was adequate for our use and our needs for our trip to New York. It was very close in proximity to the places we needed to visit. One disadvantage was the distance from LaGuardia airport and the cost of the Uber ride.

The only disadvantage of the Moxy is the "cruise ship" size of the rooms. But the King Sized bed was very comfortable.

The rooftop was closed for private events all three days. The lights in the room would go on and off without warning. Waking us up several nights. The AC didn’t work the first day and needed to be repaired. We booked for the rooftop and never got to use it. Location is great however.

The staff was very helpful, polite and handled a few issues in a time efficient manner!

I will come back. The location and facilities were so nice The staff helpful very nice

First of all, don’t share a room with anyone who you don’t want to see you through the shower and bathroom doors… not a nice surprise when staying with family! Overall a nice, clean, modern hotel with a super sweet worker and great location. However, only 2 of our 6 plugs worked and the walls are so thin that you hear everything. Sadly we got stuck next to drunk people who kept us up all night. Not the hotels fault… besides building thin walls and ac vents that amplify all noises. Tiny room with no surface storage. Only stay if the price is worth see-through doors and hearing your neighbors do anything and everything.

Great Hospitality

Clean room, good ambiance, helpful staff! Great stay!
