Rooms felt super small but I guess it’s normal for downtown New York but overall had a good experience

The fourth floor had a distinct odor throughout the hallway, and the Room 408 truly was unlivable.

Staff and room were excellent! Perfect location in Manhattan! Would recommend to anyone!

Nice property located in Chinatown in a very lively neighborhood. Very good staff. Although I didn’t eat at the restaurant, it looked like it was good and I did have coffee at both of the coffee bars and it was excellent. In the lobby seemed like very interesting people were there. The rooms are very small. That would probably be my only critique however they were very clean neat and if you’re not in the city for an extended period of time, it was fine. I would stay there again.

Staff is very friendly. Cafe is cute. The room was so small I felt like I was sleeping in a coffin. Thankfully it had a nice window to bring in light.

Coming from a long journey on the road, this hotel served as the perfect place to acclimate, relax, and enjoy the city! The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and efficient and particularly Edwin at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I'm hoping to stay here every time I come back to NY! Thank you!

Impeccable service at this hotel, great value. The rooms are small but great property.

This was a great stay! It is an incredible location, ease of checkin was lovely, and everything is fresh and newly renovated and clean. Everything is automated and high tech in the rooms, so that was cool however not all the lights and buttons worked so that was frustrating. The rooms are very small but well designed and I liked the space! Shower is very nice. The Lobby is never locked so a huge improvement would be to add a key card entry option at late night hours (there were a couple weirdos hanging late at night who just wandered in) but luckily nobody can access elevator or rooms without a key. What was difficult is that the restaurant and cafe area are not ready to serve customers, so even a coffee (just drip) took 20 mins for them to get things together. We finished our food before the coffee was brewed, and I had to ask for my check 4 times, but there was only one other customer so I think the server was zoned out.

Hotel is cool, nearby cool streets and restaurants, but some streets close to hotel very funky.

Really wanted to love this boutique hotel as we have stayed at many in manhattan. The king sized upgrade room was tiny which we are used to at other places. stayed with my husband and literally had to crawl over him in the bed as it was built in to the corner. Maybe it's better if you stay as a single person. There are no ice buckets and machines on the floor and waited almost an hour for ice to be delivered. our tv remote volume did not work. the hair dryer was broke. We paid in advance for 2 nights but checked out after 1 night and were denied a refund. I sincerely don't like leaving bad reviews but was disappointed
