一般 My family and I have stayed at many hotels. The room that they put us in was by far the worst room we’ve ever stayed in. The carpet was very dirty and the room smelled like there was a flood in there. We were traveling with two small children. We checked in late at night. because we drove 3 hours to get there. When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room. We went to the front desk and explained that to them. They switched the room. When we got in the 2nd room we were very tired. To me, It was very smelly. My husband was too tired to notice what I noticed—- ( this was the 2nd room we checked into… We just wanted to take a shower and go to bed).
When we woke up in the morning, he had to get something from the car, when he came back in the room, he expressed how bad it smelled and couldn’t believe they would rent out a room in this condition. We were only staying for one night. It disheartening and disappointing to say the least.
Suffice it to say we will not be staying in this hotel again.

超赞 We had the opportunity to spend 4 nights at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent, friendly and attentive at all times. The facilities are clean, and the hotel has a perfect location for visiting Universal Studios and one of the best outlet malls in the city. Keep in mind that the sofa bed option isn't the most comfortable.
