Very rude staff

Only downside here is what previous reviewers said about AC units. They suck. Never really cooled room down. Always hovered around 75 and if more came into the room then temp went up and took long time to cool. Otherwise good spot

Absolutely horrific. Do not stay here. 1. They didn’t give us the room we paid for. 2. They gave us a smaller room that was absolutely disgusting. 3. When we went down to complain, they said they have nothing available due to other guests arriving later in the day. 4. Once they gave us another room, it still wasn’t the room we paid for. There was roaches in the room. Blood stains on the sheets. We aren’t the only ones that experienced this. Horrific experience.

Did not accommodate our room we requested nor a follow up the next day to see if we were ok.

It was average, if you don’t plan on staying at the hotel much it’s great.

Not the best hotel experience in NYC. Unfortunately, our stay was filled with maintenance and cleanliness issues. The shower door wasn't installed properly—the glass door slammed into the glass panel every time it was closed. To make matters worse, the bathroom light automatically shut off after about five minutes, so enjoy showering in the dark. The room never got cool because the temperature was controlled by the hotel, not the guest. Ice and water were only available in the gym, which was inconvenient. The check-in counter was tiny and constantly crowded, and two of the elevators were out of service during our stay. Housekeeping also left a lot to be desired. There was visible dirt under the bed and sink, the shower water was dangerously hot and wouldn't cool down, and the ceiling light flickered with part of the fixture hanging loose from the ceiling. Overall, I expected much better. I wouldn't stay here again.

It was ok. Close to time square, offered self parking for $65.

This place has fake pictures.horrible place amd they did not refund us. Pictures are Ai. Fake.

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Given a king bed and a sofa bed. Hotel was sold out due to the World Cup, wasn’t worth arguing about. Thought it was odd they needed to make a copy of my ID and credit card but was told it was required by management. Overall the stay was fine (1 night).

Parking was easy
