一般 AC did not work which made for a very long two nights stay after being in the sun at Disney. When we arrived our room was not ready at the promised check in time almost two hours late. No apology was offered and no sense of urgency to get this matter resolved. When we got into our room the toilets were dirty and no working AC. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

We loved our stay!!!! The photos were inaccurate as our 1 bed did not have bunk beds. Having a fridge and mall nearby were so convenient. The shuttle was great and huge (shared with two other residences). There was a gap in the bus schedule in the middle of the day that we got caught out on, but the walk was only 15 minutes. We stayed during the heat wave and the rooms were quite hot, although the pool was fantastic for cooling off. Overall a fantastic stay, and we'd definitely book here again!

Hotel was tired and unwelcoming upon arrival and when we had questions throughout our stay. Often being ignored whilst staff were on their phones or having discussions amongst themselves.
There was no Aircon in the hotel which was previously present. Durring the 40 degree heatwave it was impossible to sleep and cool down. The saving factor was the pool which although tired was welcome relief from the heat

The property was not very clean. The staff was mostly helpful—they were dealing with an unusual heatwave. We were somewhat close to Disney and the metro. Would not be terrible when weather is nice. We did get a fan on the last night of our stay.

El persona no es amable, no tienen mucho personal.
El aire no funcionaba y no tenian ningún tipo de solución,
Si van a disney busquen otras opciones, esta es la peor.

Room was clean, staff were easy to deal with. Huge shopping centre next door and 15 minute walk into Disney or a free bus couldn’t have asked for more

The accommodation was reasonable, considering the price paid. The kitchen could have been better equipped but was ok. The room was very small. The pullout coach was a little torn t the edges.
The property could use some painting in the passageway etc. it wasn’t luxurious but was practical. Also within close walking distance from grocery stores and restaurants
