Very good

Amazing amenities that are helpful and open late. Great food for when you don’t want to leave hotel.

I recently stayed at Universal’s Aventura Hotel and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location with easy access to all of the Universal parks. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar—it offers great views and is a perfect place to relax after a day at the parks. The room was very nice, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to recharge each night. The only minor downside was the towels, which felt a little cheap and somewhat rough compared to what I’d expect from a hotel at this price point. My biggest complaint was the housekeeping service on checkout day. Starting around 8:00 AM, housekeeping knocked and banged on our door three separate times. Each time I explained that we weren’t ready to leave and planned to check out closer to the 11:00 AM checkout time, but they continued returning. It made for a frustrating end to an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, I’d definitely stay at Universal’s Aventura Hotel again. The comfortable rooms, excellent location, easy transportation to the parks, and fantastic rooftop bar outweigh the few negatives. I just hope housekeeping is more respectful of guests who are still within the posted checkout window.
