Didn’t like that I had to pay my first night prior to arrival when my booking clearly stated to pay the full amount at the property. Chipped paint in the room & bathroom, keycard was deactivated the day before my checkout with no explanation or apology. Extreme warm air on the 6th floor where my room was located. The rooftop restaurant lounge was nice. However, I won’t be booking here again since it wasn’t an all around great experience for me.

Everything was really good, nothing super crazy however. Good room and space, location is around a lot of places to go to and eat.

My stay was very brief, but I was very comfortable. My room was very clean and staff was very friendly.

The hotel works good if you're looking for something to book where you won't be in the hotel much. Just an FYI, the pictures make the room look big, but it's a pretty average/small room

Overall this hotel is decent if you want a stay near the parks. However, if you’re looking to utilize the pool or have reliable parking this is not the location. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant located by the pool so it’s quite odd to have people nicely dressed, eating food & smoking hookah while hotel guests are in the pool. In addition, after long days at the park there is a decent chance you may come back and have to park in an overflow park because the lot is at capacity filled with restaurant guest. I think it’s odd that the hotel itself doesn’t prioritize its guest in this situation & rather have guests sleeping on property park in overflow lots. We were instructed to park at a hydrant by restaurant staff and when we shortly asked the hotel staff before we went back to our rooms, we were told we’d be taking a risk by parking there. This is conflicting instructions and information given by both parties and frustrating as after a long day, the last thing I’d like to worry about is my vehicle. As someone who booked this stay with the thoughts of having perks of pool access & peace of mind parking, this is overall disappointing.

Very clean and good stuff they're very helpful

I loved the installations, I loved our room and what I liked the most is the fact that id 4 minutes from Volcano Bay and 10 minutes from other Universal parks. It was really clean, super easy to check in and check out. The only thing that I would like to be changed is the pool to close later than 6 pm. I recommend it 100%
