Location is amazing! AC was great, especially during the heat wave. There were no fans for ventilation, meaning it got stuffy after showers. A mini fridge would have also been great to keep our water bottles cool. Overall, good budget hotel

AC was a bit loud. I wish there are microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. Thanks.

This hotel was a great surprise. Although small, it is perfectly located to walk everywhere. Very near Central Park, between 5th and 6th avenues. Nice neighborhood, a lot of places for snacks, breakfast, lunch, diner, coffee. A mere 20 minute walk to Times Square and the Theater District. Rooms are OK, a change of carpeting could be great. Bathroom was small but functional, very nice shower. The restaurant White Olive: impressive. Excellent food, very nice and courteous service, a real treat. This is my new go to hotel when visiting New York City.

El Hotel hace varios años estaba muy bien pero se nota q está dejado y muy poco mantenido. La ubicación es premium Pero el hotel está caudo

Great location needs updating

I booked a room at $250. then arrived was charged $600. They claimed Expedia did it ! The rugs were stained badly in hotel halls , and badly in suite . The couch was filthy stained -couldn’t get on it. Had to order a refrigerator for room then beat up refrigerator door wouldn’t close .,,,,,All ridiculous!

Best value in midtown when in NYC

We arrived and the AC in the lobby was broken, and the little shop was blocked off. The elevator has no air or AC so very hot. The room was dingy, carpet old and pulled up, very weathered overall and gave hostel vibes. People working there were very nice and helpful but No amenities and dingy rooms so set your expectations accordingly.

Location is great
